About
CA Ganesh Prasad Acharya, a Founding Lifetime Member and Executive Committee Member of Parbat Samaj, is a professional Chartered Accountant. He has been actively engaged for the past seven years in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services. Throughout his professional journey, he has worked with banks and financial institutions, companies, and various organizations, making significant contributions to enhancing financial management transparency, tax compliance, risk management, and good governance.
Mr. Acharya completed his education up to Grade Three at Jyoti Primary School, Dhairing, and the remainder of his school-level education at Shri Krishna Bhawan Dharma Secondary School, Dhairing. He then completed his Higher Secondary education in the Science stream from Mount Annapurna Campus, Pokhara, and subsequently traveled to Kathmandu and then to Delhi to pursue his Chartered Accountancy studies.
After completing his studies, Mr. Acharya worked for approximately one and a half years as a Risk Management Officer in a banking and financial institution. He then served for three years as the Head of the Accounts and Finance Department in various organizations, contributing to the strengthening of institutional financial systems. For the past two years, he has been operating his own accounting, auditing, and financial consultancy practice.
Through this professional engagement, he has been providing financial discipline, transparency, and tax advisory services to various organizations, companies, and projects, thereby playing a notable role in promoting economic good governance in society.
