Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals was established with the core vision of “A Commitment to Health and the Nation.” It is a large-scale pharmaceutical industry founded through collective investment and a long-term strategic plan. My professional journey itself began in the pharmaceutical sector, and along with me, most of our management team brings decades of experience in the medicine business.

What began as a pharmaceutical enterprise rooted in the regions of Parbat and Myagdi eventually gave rise to Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals—a lifelong dream project that I consider a blessing earned through hard work, perseverance, and sincere dedication.

Recognizing that pharmaceuticals are directly linked to human life, we consider it our primary responsibility to play a leading role in promoting public interest and investment in quality medicines. Our objective is to ensure direct public access to high-quality pharmaceuticals while advancing with a concrete export-oriented strategy. We are fully committed—through our words, actions, and intent—to turning this responsibility into reality.

Although government involvement in pharmaceutical manufacturing has remained limited, the private sector has played a vital role in production and promotion. In this context, with the goal of making the country self-reliant in pharmaceutical production, distribution, and export, we have embraced the importance of both direct and indirect public participation. Accordingly, this industry has envisioned public investment as a key pillar of sustainable growth.

As a result, for the first time in the history of Nepal’s pharmaceutical sector, Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals is moving forward with the issuance of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to ensure public investment. This initiative will contribute to domestic employment generation and support the effective utilization of the country’s unemployed workforce.
