Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center (MCVTC) is a leading healthcare institution in Nepal, committed to providing high-quality, affordable care for heart, lung, and vascular conditions. We are a University Hospital of Tribhuvan University, operating under the Institute of Medicine (IOM). Our center is located within the IOM premises, alongside Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH). This unique positioning allows us to benefit from the expertise of more than three dozen specialty departments in TUTH, enabling us to manage patients with complex, multi-specialty medical conditions.

At MCVTC, we serve thousands of patients every year. Our outpatient services cater to over 100000 patients annually, while more than 5,000 receive inpatient care. In emergencies, we treat around 8000 cases each year. We perform approximately 3000 cardio-thoracic-vascular surgeries and 2600 catheterization laboratory procedures annually.
